We are always accepting and welcoming new patients into our family practice!

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.

If a patient fails to show up for a scheduled appointment or cancels with less than 24 hours notice, a $75 fee will be charged.

If a patient repeatedly misses or cancels appointments, Quincy Street Dental reserves the right to require payment in full at the time of scheduling future appointments.

We understand that emergencies or unforeseen circumstances may arise. In these cases, Quincy Street Dental may choose to waive the fee at our discretion.

Payment Policy

Payment for dental services is due at the time of treatment unless prior arrangements have been made.

Quincy Street Dental accepts cash, card, check, Apple Pay, and offers payment through our online payment portal.

For patients with dental insurance, we will file claims on your behalf and accept payment directly from your insurance company. However, any remaining balance is the patient’s responsibility.

If you have a co-pay, deductible or coinsurance, it is due at the time of service.

Patients are responsible for any treatment not covered by their insurance.
